Given our approach of offering a complete, well-thought-out design package, design of all fixed interior finishes such as cabinetry, flooring, tile, specialty wall finishes, paint colors, lighting design, including detailed kitchen and bath design and specifications, etc. are typically included. And for non-fixed finishes, such as furnishings, window treatments, art, and other decorative objects, we can provide referral to one of our talented interior decorating partners on a request basis.
We believe that the landscapes that surround and merge with our homes are as equally important as the architecture itself. In the effort to provide an uncompromising overall esthetic design vision, we typically provide high-level, overall landscape designs and then offer add-on packages to work with one of our experienced landscape professionals to fit differing budgets.

Many architects can make beautiful designs and renderings but often the downfall of many projects comes in proper translation into the final built product which requires tight coordination between architect, builder, landscaper, and the many other craftspeople involved. Because of our extensive experience in both design and construction of unique homes, we are involved all along the way tohelp insure that the amazing designs and details offered come together beautifully.
Obtaining financing for a custom-designed and built home, while not overly difficult, comes with its’ own set of unique requirements and inherent challenges. We highly recommend working with one of our specialized financing partners that has specific experience with financing these types of homes to insure a smooth overall process.
